Legal Notice (Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions)
This notice covers ClipDex licenses sold directly from the developer’s website (the “direct edition”). Purchases made on the Mac App Store are sold by Apple under the App Store terms.
Seller
The seller is an individual developer. The name, postal address, and phone number are omitted here and will be disclosed without delay by email on request, as permitted by Article 11 of the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Send requests to the address below.

Price
Prices are shown on the purchase page, tax included where applicable. There are no additional charges beyond the displayed price (your internet connection costs are your own).
Payment
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe (Link) and charged at the time of purchase. The developer never receives your card details.
Delivery
After payment completes, your license key is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you entered. Nothing is shipped physically. If the key does not arrive, use the resend form on the Support page.
Returns and cancellations
Because a license key is a digital good, returns and cancellations are not accepted once the key has been issued. The payment provider (Stripe / Link) may, under its own policies, issue a refund within a limited period after purchase at its discretion. If a defect prevents you from using the app, please contact Support first.
License terms
- One license key works on every Mac you personally use.
- The key covers versions released within one year (365 days) of the purchase date. Versions you obtained during that period keep working afterwards; newer versions require an update license.
- See the Terms of Use for details.
System requirements
macOS 14 or later. See Support.
